The second way self-hypnosis helps is by altering your core beliefs.
For example, it will tap deep into your self beliefs to check out how you see yourself, then it will eradicate any harmful self beliefs which could hold you back from real change. It will make you more positive, more self confident, and ensure that you truly feel like you are really capable of change, like you can improve yourself and that you DESERVE change.
